Refund and Returns Policy

At Marie Elizabeth, we want you to love every piece you receive.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy to return or exchange your order.


1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Items must be free from perfume, makeup, or damage

To start your return, please email our customer care team at returns@marieelizabeth.co with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the correct return address.


2. Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

We’re happy to offer exchanges for the same item, if available.

If your desired size is out of stock, you may choose to receive store credit or a refund instead.


3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at support@marieelizabeth.co within 7 days of delivery.

Attach photos of the issue and your order details — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again
  2. Contact your payment provider — it may take additional time for processing
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@marieelizabeth.co
