At Marie Elizabeth, we take great care in ensuring that your order reaches you safely and on time.

Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how we handle deliveries.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If we experience a high volume of orders or product delays, processing times may be extended slightly — but we’ll always notify you promptly.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States and selected international regions.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, customs, and carrier delays.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen delivery method.


3. International Orders

For international customers:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in our prices.
  • These charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please check your local regulations for more information before placing your order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

You can also log in to your Marie Elizabeth account to view your order status at any time.


5. Delays & Lost Packages

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to weather, customs clearance, or carrier issues.

If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team at support@marieelizabeth.co, and we’ll assist you immediately.


6. Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order — we’ll do our best to correct it before the package ships.


7. Pre-Orders & Backorders

From time to time, certain styles may be available for pre-order.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately to avoid delays.

Estimated delivery dates for pre-orders will be indicated on the product page.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact support@marieelizabeth.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.
